About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Cybersecurity Solutions, Infra, cloud solutions, and IT services, with strong experience in managing client accounts, generating new business, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through cloud product and service sales.

       Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

·       Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales with a focus on Infrastructure , Cyber security AI, cloud services, IT solutions.

·       Proven experience working with System Integrator companies in the UAE.

·       Strong understanding of Infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions & product line.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

·       Existing client relationships in the Abu Dhabi or UAE market will be an added advantage.

·       Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach

·       Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities

·       Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services

·       Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

·       Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel.

·       Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.

·       Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

·       Collaborate with field sales or account managers for deal closures when required.

·       Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and pricing details with clients.

·       Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close deals.

·       Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

·       Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

·       Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for improvement.
